Terms of Use

Using BrainSpark
BrainSpark helps parents support their children with homework, activities and bedtime. You must be 18 or over to create an account. Accounts are personal — please don't share your login.
Free sessions
Each product includes a small number of free sessions per device. A session is only counted once you receive a complete result. We may change or withdraw the free allowance at any time.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices shown include VAT where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Refunds
If something isn't working or you're not happy, email support@brainspark.com and we'll sort it out. UK and EU customers keep their statutory cancellation rights.
What BrainSpark is not
Responses are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. BrainSpark is a support tool for parents, not a teacher, tutor, therapist, doctor or childcare provider, and it is not a substitute for professional advice. Please read what it produces before giving it to your child, and always supervise your child's use.
Acceptable use
Don't use BrainSpark to submit harmful, illegal or abusive content, to upload other people's personal information, or to attempt to break, overload or resell the service.
Liability
BrainSpark is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
